chive pesto cheesy champ

Serves 4

Ingredients
1.2kg Maris Piper potatoes
(peeled and cut into 2in / 5cm chunks)
4floz / 100ml approx hot milk
4oz / 100g Red Leicester cheese, grated
4tbsp / 4 x 15mlsp Stark Naked Chive Pesto
Salt and ground black pepper

Cooking instructions
Cook the potatoes in boiling lightly salted water for 18-20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes, mash with the hot milk. Stir in the cheese and pesto. Season to taste. Spoon into a serving dish. Serve immediately.
